Who is Jesus?
The question "Who is Jesus?" has been asked for over 2,000 years. He is the most talked about, written about, and influential person in all of human history. But who is He really?
Jesus is God in Human Form
The Bible teaches that Jesus is not merely a good teacher or prophet—He is God Himself, who took on human flesh to dwell among us.
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us."
— John 1:1, 14 (NIV)
Jesus is the Savior of the World
Jesus came to earth with a specific mission: to save humanity from sin and restore our relationship with God.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
— John 3:16 (NIV)
Jesus is the Way to God
In a world full of spiritual options, Jesus made an exclusive claim:
"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
— John 14:6 (NIV)
Jesus is Risen and Alive
What sets Jesus apart from every other religious leader is that He conquered death. He was crucified, buried, and on the third day, He rose again. This resurrection is the cornerstone of the Christian faith.
"He is not here; he has risen, just as he said."
— Matthew 28:6 (NIV)
Jesus Invites You
Jesus isn't just a historical figure to study—He's a living Savior who wants a personal relationship with you. He says:
"Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me."
— Revelation 3:20 (NIV)
