Does God Love Me?
One of the most fundamental questions we ask is: "Am I loved?" Deep down, we all long to be accepted, valued, and cherished. The beautiful answer is: Yes, God loves you—unconditionally and eternally.
God's Love is Unconditional
Unlike human love, which often comes with conditions, God's love for you doesn't depend on what you do or don't do. He loves you simply because you are His creation.
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
— Romans 5:8 (NIV)
God's Love is Personal
God doesn't just love humanity in general—He loves you specifically. He knows every detail about you.
"Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
— Luke 12:7 (NIV)
God's Love is Sacrificial
The ultimate proof of God's love is the cross. He gave His only Son so that you could have eternal life.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
— John 3:16 (NIV)
God's Love is Unbreakable
Nothing you do can separate you from God's love. Not your past, not your failures, not your doubts.
"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
— Romans 8:38-39 (NIV)
Receiving God's Love
God's love is freely offered, but it must be received. You can experience His love by:
- Acknowledging your need for Him
- Accepting Jesus as your Savior
- Trusting in His promises
- Living in relationship with Him
